I'm back, after ten years of absence, here in Muscat, the ancient seat of the R *******, now with a lot of memories that I overlook, very confused, obviously with all that I saw in the meantime and left weak and fuzzy trace of my shaky memory. With the brain still just completed the project in Albania, and its aftermath little formal yet to be completed, some letters etc.. I find it immensely changed Oman.
I've been here since January 2000 to June 2001, and now, exactly nine years have passed, the city 'seems to me to have suffered an increase in size, perhaps three times, compared to was.
office and 'become big, the 7-8 people who worked there then, now we think about 40 people. The number of Italians and 'increased from 1 (I think only in 2000) to 10, the number of Europeans from 1 (always me) to 11 or 12, to control.
In the workplace the news 'most' remarkable and 'that there are many Omanis, maybe 10 or 12 people, half of which' girls. Before, they were 3 or 4, and only males.
The country seems to me a lot more 'modern motissimo are building, the city' seems to have no limits to which having to stop.
